Registered in England and Wales with Company No. 09005884 (Promoter). The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. The opening date for entries is 26 November 2015. The closing date of the prize draw is 25 January 2016. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. Entry to the prize draw can be gained by completing the survey and providing a valid email address.

Winners will be chosen by random draw on 1 February 2016, and will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) by 15 February 2016. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The prize is a £250 John Lewis voucher. No cash alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at anytime, without prior notification. Only one entry is permitted per person. Entry into the prize draw is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
