An embarrassing photo (open to see)...

“The height of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” - Albert Einstein.

It took me 15 years of looking in the mirror and frowning at my scrawny body before I sought out professional fitness advice.

In the 3 months that followed, I packed on pounds of muscle and finally got the body I wanted.

I'm a little hesitant to share this photo, but here goes.

My fitness transformation photo

I'm sharing this photo to illustrate how following the advice a fitness expert solved a problem I'd been struggling with for 15 years.

In only 3 months.

Similarly, I was working with a client who had been fighting with her husband for 10 years.

“He's an asshole and won't ever change!”, she told me.

A month later, she emailed me saying that he had changed and I'd saved her marriage.

When I asked her about it she said,

“You showed me how I was provoking his bad behavior. I changed and his bad behavior stopped.”

10 years one way.

1 month and their marriage changed.

I'm not trying to brag.

I'm trying to illustrate that when we're stuck, we tend to forget that somebody else has the solution to our problem!

Somebody has spent their entire life studying the exact topic you're struggling with.

And that person knows the shortcut to solve your problems.

Your mechanic knows the shortcut to get your car started when it's damp and won't start.

My luthier knows the shortcut to stop my guitar strings from rusting (I live near the ocean).

Your chiropractor knows the shortcut that ends back pain.

I know the shortcuts to fix your marriage or relationship problems when you're struggling.

Everyone takes their car to a mechanic or their teeth to a dentist, but...

Have you ever taken your relationship to a professional?

If you're struggling to fix your relationship problems on your own, perhaps it's time to stop repeating the same patterns over and over again... because,

  • your spouse is not going to change.
  • Recurring fights won't just resolve themselves.
  • Sex is not going to suddenly get 'hot' again...
  • Trust is not going to magically re-appear...

...until YOU do something different.

Makes sense, right?

But how do you actually change?

That's exactly what I'm going to show you this Saturday, when I kick off my online relationship repair program.

If you're stuck repeating the same patterns with your partner, I want you to join me and get the shortcut to
