Concord's News You Can Use

There's so much happening at Concord!
Last Sunday, Pastor Carter returned with a mighty word about the power of prayer. He reminded us that prayer can be our greatest defense, in difficult seasons. If you missed Sunday's sermon, no worries...

As we continue in our series of "Plugging Into Prayer", Pastor Carter has challenged each of us to make God a priority every morning by committing to at least 10 minutes of prayer time. You can join in our mass prayer by watching Live on Pastor Carter Facebook fan page or on his Periscope. If you're unable to watch live, feel free to call into our free conference call or simply make an individual prayer time for yourself. The goal is to get into the habit of making time for God each morning and invite him into your day.

Around the Corner

This coming Sunday, August 21, we're kicking off the back-to-school season with the ultimate pep rally. Don't forget to wear a shirt or jersey from your favorite school, fraternity or sorority. #ConcordB2S

Parents, back-to-school season isn't just about your kids getting focused on education but it's also about getting them focused on who will get them through this school year. Use these ABC's of Salvation to talk with your child about taking their next step with Christ. #WeGrowStudents

Get your tickets today for the Universoul Circus. This Wednesday, our very own Pastor Bryan Carter will be serving as the Ring Master. Bring the whole family and come to show your support.
