Dear Chamber Member
I would like to share the key findings from the survey we conducted in May and the actions that we are taking as a result of your feedback. Your feedback is extremely important and helps keep the Chamber’s activity and communication focused on your needs. We were pleased that one hundred Members gave feedback, with Angela Foll of Relate Beds & Luton being the lucky winner of the iPad mini.
As a result of your feedback:
• The Chamber will review its communication and actions to increase its engagement with Members and to raise awareness of the services available.
• Growth is typically the number one reason for joining the Chamber and this will be central to the services offered and communication with members.
o In particular, we will look to increase awareness of the Velocity support services.
• The Chamber will make greater efforts to communicate the value it provides its members, especially its newest members. These core elements will be central to all ongoing activities:
o Connecting members within the network
o Demonstrating how membership has helped other businesses and how it can support you.
o Show the immediate and ongoing impact of the Chamber’s services
o Providing clear communication to help other Members benefit
• Networking events will be reviewed to provide greater introduction opportunities and support for new members.
The findings demonstrate the Chamber is well regarded, with opportunities for improvement that we will address. With your support we will continue to improve and shape the Chamber and its services to better meet your needs.
