Kindergarten Readiness Survey

 

This survey is from a local Treasure Valley non-profit organization.

This survey is only for families with children 5 years old or younger.

The goal of the survey is to learn more from families about getting children ready for kindergarten. Your answers will help the community better understand and improve resources for kindergarten readiness. 

This survey is anonymous and will only take about 5 minutes. 

After you complete the survey you will be eligible to register to win one of several prizes like a tablet computer, gift cards or a $100 Student 529 Savings account. Registering to win a prize is optional and only requires providing an email and/or phone number to contact if you win. 
 
The library is now collecting donations of materials for a community weaving project. This includes: yarns, fabrics, ribbons, roving, or any other materials you may wish to donate!
