-Last day to pick up Summer Reading prizes is August 13!

-We will be on a programming break August 15 through August 28. Programs will resume August 29.
Pokemon GO!
-Playing Pokemon Go? Stop in at the library and grab a book and a Bulbasaur, or maybe an incubator and some potions. We're an official PokeStop, with a Pokemon Gym very close by. Can you defeat the gym and claim it for your team? Special Event every Friday at 4 p.m.!

-Come and learn how to play cribbage! This program is for ages 10 and up.


Teen Advisory Board Meeting
Thursday August 11 @ 7:00 p.m.

-Teens from 6-12th grade meet on the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Large Study Room.  Always open to new members.

All About Yoga
Thursdays @ 7:00 p.m. until August 25

-Learn about yoga at the library! Fun and fitness for your mind and body. An adult course at your Lake Hazel Branch library. Explore and discuss each 30 minute lecture from videos by Ph.D. Heidi Sormaz about the ups and downs of yoga. How many types of yoga are there? Which type is good for my mood?  Which type is best for me? Take a moment, stretch yourself and come join us. This week is Anusara Yoga .

Please note that the Friends Book Store is open during regular library hours. Feel free to go in and buy books during this time.  Children's books are $ .50 each and all other books, movies, and CD's are $1.00 each.  Please put your money in the gray metal box on the wall next to the door.
