ROASTED RAINBOW CARROTS

But if you're looking for a more low-key celebration try this recipe for roasted rainbow carrots with burrata which makes the most of the root, using even the green tops for a delicious pesto.

FASHION WITH INTENT

An estimated 5,500 tents were abandoned at Glastonbury festival alone, with most ending up in landfill. To make the most of this waste, designer Kate Benton collects leftover tents and makes rain jackets from the materials which are naturally durable, waterproof and colourful. All of her jackets are made from 100% tent and she even uses the leftover toggles and cord for drawstrings and fastenings.
